Flickering on a black background

Just today I bought a new 4k monitor benq U2420U and now a school - constantly flickering white dots on a black background. tried using different cables - HDMI,DP,DVi - same thing. also changed nastroiki brightness and zooming, but nothing works, like changing the resolution. there is only the remains or there is any solution to the problem?
