DiAZ...you antenna-beacon included? Electricity -> more ->lighthouse settlement and energy to connect...

DiAZ...And by the Way if you have a mod on additional settlements, then there is always next to the workshop COPOLCO on the small stands to spawn Nepesov....)))) but the lighthouse doesn't work there....
