The ending of Blood and Wine. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Hello! I have one stupid question, about which I did not decide to create a theme, but curiosity and misunderstanding prevailed.

In General, prior to the passage of the Supplement itself, I spontaneously a spoiler. And in one video(certainly not specify how and where) saw Regis was near the house of the witch. When I took the Supplement, I didn't find it.
