Not working animation (the winning chip) (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Stopped working the winning feature (the animation on the whole screen) after win the race.Now the character stands and does nothing.The animation in the lobby before the race start when pressing enter works.Does anyone have a solution to this problem. THANK you.
