Need a good ENB mod (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

Tried a lot of mods but almost all after installation, squander the fps from 120 to about 40, and the video card is not loaded and 20%. need a good and optimized enb mod. found only one normal but the game often gave error (steam)
