Hot Sitovskiy stuff (Sid Meier's Civilization 6)

Hi all. Is it possible to hot-seat to still include the cutscene with the construction wonders of the world.
And here alone is it possible to gash a feature of the hot sieve that all the actions AI (meeting with them, dip suggestions, war, etc.) would be inferred simply notice tired of them forever to see.
