How to change the appearance of the settler? (Fallout 4)

Can anyone suggest where to find the plugin/mod that would allow users to change the appearance of the settler (developed as promised in the Vault-Tec'e to introduce such a possibility, but...).
I myself have found some article on midgame, and on the wiki the console scrubbed, but the methods are ambiguous. If someone is friends with Nexus'th, unsubscribe.

Mods have not yet found, but you can try standard tools. showLooksMenu 1. But, as far as I understood - it works only with the settlers, which have a unique id. All the others have similar, maybe with this and the associated difficulty in their customization.
