In mafia 2 it was not all at once, the story DLC was released there through the months, and there were all sorts of made man pack and other stuff.
Stopped by today for cheathappens, their is a new trainer for the steam version 1.020.0 24 Oct but no update came yet and in the incentive people are silent.Don't know what these things mean.It is possible that the update is on the nose).
