Infinite Loading when starting a New game (Fallout 4)

My system is intel i7 4510U 3.1 ggz. RAM 16 gigs and videokarta nvidia 850 m. Like on the system requirements all suitable, I launched the game and was a black screen with the loading and everything, then I launched it in the window and it all went, but when I click to start a new game and wait for 2-3 minutes just show the armor, etc.
Please help! What to do?

Fashion?My computer is a bucket for this infinite loading my main problem.
I can't complete the game easy from beginning to end.

try to delete files Fallout4.ini and Fallout4Prefs.ini in Documents folder, My Games/Fallout 4
then run the Fallout launcher to the game created them again.

8Gb RAM
GTX 1060
