Payback why nfs does not support directx 12? (Need for Speed Payback)

AMD vidyahi plow DX12 is better than Nvidia, and maybe that would get rid of competition....(Not to be taken seriously it's a joke)
UPD: AND if I even mentioned the CPU war AMD and Intel... and about More efficient use of the capacity of multicore processors.....

Since the game originally has been developed for DX 11, DX 12 and under would have to write a new one - this time the publisher could not afford to give developers more time to develop. And the main market NFS is console, not PC.
