Abilities/weaknesses vampires can't bleed (The Sims 4)

Now,my problem is that I can't pump as abilities and weaknesses of vampires, a button confirm (tick) just simply does not work (grayed out). The problem is like I created a SIM and one of the ready-made family of vampires. Has anyone faced such a problem? help with the decision. And thank you in advance with:
