need help (Garry's Mod)

in the main menu in the lower-right corner is the flag click on it and choose the flag of Russia is changing the language

Thank you. I change the language in settings was looking for and not in the main menu

Please help I never played GMOD so I decided to download! Already downloaded the game icons Garrys Mod and Garrys Mod Update!
When I go into normal gmod crashes then error"specified module Not found , and when sohou update in gmod that sort of stuff loaded I push the patch all the crashes and the icon is written there Updating...... I expected a lot but nothing was loaded! Please help urgently!
