Black Blue (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

Found a mod that removes the dirt from the cars and decided to install. But it came with another one that replaces the inscription on police car for LAPD. After establishing all the bikes/helicopters/cars black color is replaced with blue. First tried not to pay attention, but it's getting a bit angry. Gtashki reinstallation did not help. Help, maybe someone knows?

Just try the original particles.txd (like, but in any case the desired file is in the models folder) look for a texture similar to the dirt (if I changes the memory, it should be there) and make it in black color with its alpha channel.
