Drawdown FPS (Mafia 2)

In the first Chapter,after Salathiel the window,FPS rapidly goes from 60 to 10,and begins a terrible lag,what can be the reason?

What do you mean a separate graphics card,in theory, my 280x should pull it high,I'll try the driver update, then when I installed it,fiziks missed

As far as I know,if you have a graphics card is not nvidia then Physx running through the CPU.
