A replacement video card

Hi all, really need advice of knowledgeable people, I want my old none to replace this: https://market.yandex.ru/product/14116854
Please tell me what else need to be replaced. Here is my perfomance:
Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G41
CPU: Intel Core I7 3770K 3,5 Ghz
Power supply: High Power [550HPC] 550 W
RAM: 16 Gb DDR3
Video card: Palit Geforce GTX 680 4Gb

You can safely change. Power supply will be enough because the power consumption it is less than your old one. Of RAM enough percent good. Most importantly the size and look to the corps entered.

In Clark there is a mode antialiasing SSAA which x2 = screen resolution of 2K without smoothing. I play all on max except shading put HBAO+ instead VXAO with antialiasing SSAA X2 and all pulls. Really eats VRAM 7 GB :)
