Search firmware for BIOS
Crawled the entire Internet and couldn't find nothing.
Yes, I would not have searched, Yes, but I was forced to search for one problem... bought as I have 16GB of RAM, and the system uses only 8GB, though, and sees all 16GB. A5 well I crawled all Internet in search of a problem, so nothing was left to try to flash the BIOS and firmware no nowhere -__- Even on the manufacturer's website is kind of messy.

Maybe the version of Windows doesn't support so much RAM? look in the Internet situation. Here, for example, Windows 7 Home Basic x64 (64 bit): 8 GB

Try this:
Windows + R write MSCONFIG - a window appears config. system press tab Loading additional settings - it tab High memory. If it shows 8 gigs, and you have 16, then simply untick. Restart and the memory will appear. Voila)))

Then maybe do the Windows. If you go into the BIOS and in the information tab it says that memory 16гигов, there is no reason to upgrade, and so he sees it!
