Download games (Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege)

Recently decided to play a game. I haven't played in a long time. I go into the game, but it goes a very long connection / refresh the list of games and teams, before such was not. maybe 3 minutes to load, then give an error and start reconnecting, after some time, it still loaded. The problem is already day 2. Is there any way to fix it? (I have already reinstalled the game and ubisoft)
