100% method of getting satin Pass 3 (No Man's Sky)

The method works, but not 100%. The first control center did not find anything interesting (don't they all look the same, at least on the same planet?), but in the second Atlas was given a pass 2 (which is 2, not 3). The text was exactly the same as the author's theme.
Anybody got a satin pass versions above 1 are NOT on the planets of korvaks? In General it is logical that fans of the Satin give this artifact.

I 2 and 3 received from Korsakov,according to this scheme.

Get this:
On the planets under the control of Corvax in the control center with the answer to channel there is a high chance to get Atlas Pass above the first level.
Added: as a result the Atlas Pass 3 received from control center (on the same planet after receiving Atlas Pass 2). Rand won't go away, unless the odds can be different. The text of the other, but again offer to share your data, just like cosmic anomalies.
