Bug with selecting abilities (South Park: The Stick of Truth)

I have a bug with selecting abilities when maciveys leveled to 10 I can't elucidate skills occac skills is spent and skill don't get played on license to the incentive.Any idea what should I do?I even downloaded a trainer to get around this bug made that would immediately get all skills and max level but helped only chastichno
