Very slow during gameplay (Assassin's Creed: Syndicate)

Pirates
Everything is on low settings. Used to be okay. Tried to solve the problem with the backlog of pictures from the sound — now the game slows down and the picture continues to lag.

well, if 30 fps with dips to 15-20 for you well then no doubt :)
