Hacking damages (Mafia 3)

I remember like in the last dragon age was also the system with which it was impossible to follow story quests until you fill a certain number of something on additional tasks. Honestly, I do not remember exactly now as it's all in there name, but I remember that it was possible to bypass it with hacking. The actual question of whether the appearance of the trainer or hack which will function in the accumulation of the damage in order to ignore the side effects and to start the plot job faster?
