Campaign Hots and LOTV (StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void)

The weird thing is,in General,all add-ons purchased along with the New,but in the editor when you log on without network(I just have sometimes no Internet,and wants to make a map)no additions Hots and Lotv,only liberty,even on the forum where people asked and found the answer,but even with him the result is not,in General, the screens just below will help?
