The battle is or no you will in any case have to go to the location, shelter 81 it's kind of DLS as I recall,try to turn it off the DLS to go to the game to make a new save without it DLS then again to turn it on and play,should help

There are over shelter animals usually roam,maybe you have noticed and are trying to get to you.

It's not DLK= in the game this location! The fight goes - I need to go around and destroy everything that moves.
