The problem with the refund for the game

In General: I bought the game(no matter what) on September 24. Played 39 minutes and had decided to return the money. Support refused to return the money, they say, or you played more than 2 hours, or has passed 14 days from the date of purchase. But it's only been 9 days. What to do? To write in support.
