\"Inadequate\" keys A and D (Fallout 4)

but have never was..the game of DSL entities. all ....where the theme was flashed that studs work fast/spinning there's been a fashion

Studs quickly spun due to too high fps, i.e. due to a disabled vertical sync, if that. It's from Skyrim is another.

Try to enable VSync in the config or game, or through the settings on the card.
