Can't set the resolution 1280x720 on the monitor 4:3 (Shadow Warrior 2)

Can't set the resolution 1280x720 on the monitor 4:3, wanted to make it full screen with letterboxes, but when you put the 720p image is stretched vertically, even the substitution scale in the panel of NVIDIA does not help

And not something that the 1280x720 resolution for 16:9? Yet you would not put, wonderful people. Put native 4:3 1024×768, 1152×864 or 1400×1050, etc..
