Black screen after prologue (Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain)

stumbled upon this is

1. Open C:\Program Files (x86)K-Lite Codec Pack\Tools (your path may vary)
2. Run Codec Tweak Tool
3. In the Perferred Media Foundation decoders and click Reset
4. Then Apply & Close

most of this was not but people in comas writing that helps
