progress in multiplayer (Dying Light)

Guys just started the game, took place with a friend from steam, when you join his game it was written that they say will save the progress of only those missions which also have me and him, going through the same missions that I never completed. But the game progress is not saved, how to play, to maintain the progress?

What do you mean from the beginning?) first with a friend before the game to create as a group and play. I.e. not to join each other in game*?:)

that's the same glitch, I can't, after started the game in the game along with other quests? that is nonsense
