The problem with running the game (Mafia 3)

Empirically I found that this update is going to only Win7 SP1. Actually two questions - is it possible to put manually downloaded sp1 for 7х64, don't you fly off activation and whether it is possible to find a way to set the system kb2999226.so don't put all sp1 which I do not need. You can certainly re install Windows, but this still works fine and change it for one game you do not want

Error - missing api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll. Solution: first install Visual Studio 2015 (both 32 and 64 bit) try to run (if still have this error, then to uninstall the old Visual Studio until 2015, and then only be set for 2016) if you still have this error, then install the service pack KB2999226 on Windows (or reinstall just Windows the fresher version, there's this new thing is)
