No Russian speech (X4: Foundations)

Hello. Installed the latest patch of 2.60 from GOG. The game has no voice acting either Russian or English. Effects and music are. But everything else is numb. How to fix the error? how to make the Russian language in the universe X?

There is a patch from GOG https://forums.playground.ru/x4_foundations/patchi_x4_foundations-973257/ I updated and I have a Russian voice.

Thank you very much. I downloaded your torrent patches of 2.50 then to 2.60.
Still no Russian voice. I files 03.cat and 03_sig.cat checked and it's empty there is voice-L044 and voice-L049
