Does not plow controller, the cable should be okay

The controller is Chinese, Hi-Rali, worked for another month, and very rarely used...
Recently changed the motherboard, the old covered, can the controller flew because of problems with her mother?
The device is detected by the system, but not recognized, does not plow or disc.
Maybe somebody had similar cases? please help
