All the time crashes (Metro Exodus)

People tell me, maybe someone solved the problem,installed the game go some time, just the game minimizes and goes to desktop and click back into the game on the bottom panel of the trigger, sit back and collapses all the time can not play, although all of the games not eject and no error is issued.
