Games go smoothly only in windowed mode.

The problem: all my games are stable 60+ fps without a problem, but during the game, it is seen that such artifacts (see photo). They completely disappear only in the case of issuing of any game in windowed mode. It's all well and good, but how can I play like normal people ? :)

it's tearing, turn on vertical sync and you will have happiness. and what you do not like windowed mode without frames?

This author asked a similar question in another section? There said - turn on vertical sync. But, it is necessary that the iron could give stable fps equal to the frame rate of the monitor.
