Definitive Edition of the incentive does not support Russian language, and in the regular regional version has Russian subtitles

I did pre-order Borderlands 2 on STEAM for which I was given Definitive Edition and there is fully supports Russian language.
even in the note of this version says that ''Notice: This version only contains English, Russian, Hungarian, Czech, and Polish languages''
