Actually its easy to kill,first kill all his soldiers,as soon as you kill the last run to the other side of the pool in the corner,then the red expanding sphere will not reach you and will disappear as soon disappear grip shift (hold shift,time to slow down and be faster to run) and run quickly to Sirinu shoot him until he has no shield,so 3 times and all,most importantly to escape from the red expanding the field as soon as it near you creates a grip shift, and go to the far place.
PS well or look this video in YouTube,I personally doper,but also tupil 10 times over.

Forgot to add that you have to survive 3 waves.
And so it is true.
Shoot all the villains, make the legs from the waves (red) as soon as it will be in the middle of the arena without a shield: just shoot him than either the maximum tremorine and best accuracy.
