Don't install new usb devices
This type of problem, yesterday I connected a new external hdd and the computer generated software was not installed, tried the stick that had never been in this computer and the same story, and both hard drive and this flash drive on the laptop defined and established instantly. And on the system unit flash and hard disk which were previously in the computer are defined and work. As new usb devices are not put neither the flash drive nor hard. In disk management hard is not displayed in device Manager can see it but next to it a yellow exclamation mark and when trying to reinstall drivers it does not, though on the laptop everything is normal. Looked in the BIOS this hard drive to see each other,it turns out the problem is software. And then suddenly the hard drive is determined in the computer and works, but every time when you turn on the computer it gives that software has not been installed, and new USB flash drive still gives the same message, but does not appear in computer. The driver drove off looking in the Manager, and all usb devices previously visited the computer work. Anybody can help? Win7 643 Comments

external hard and USB flash drive have USB 3.0? If Yes then try to download torrents the way with the driver-pack (SamDrivers or Driverpack Solution), run, and diagnostics after the hardware install the missing driver for USB 3.0.
