The Council - who do not help the configs on optimization (Fallout 4)

Guys, if any of the configs does not help you to remove friezes (periodic freezes) I advise you to try ENB (you can download it here www.playground.ru/files/fallout_4_enboost_versii.. or look for themselves, not a little =)
BUT we need your configuration file stored in My games dokumentima/Fallout4 was defaulted, i.e., not changed, then freezes should disappear.
Be sure to read the instructions for installing the ENB, because the author warns that it may not help everyone.
On my laptop it worked:
- Percents: Intel core i5-3210M CPU 2.5 GHz;
- Operative: 6 GB;
- Vidyuhi: Intel HD Graphics 4000 (Yes I'm still the pervert =);
- Winda win 7x64.

PS. Oddly enough, but the installation configuration all ports - the freezes came back, fuck knows why. I hope someone can help.
