Which monitor to choose?

Hi all! Decided my old 22 inch monitor to sell and purchase a 24 or 27 inch. Which one is better? Is there any big difference between them? Think 3 inch all...

I have a 24 inch was from 2009 to 2011 60 Hz 1080p. In 2011 changed to 27 inch 120Hz 1080, in principle, the difference is 3 inches good has been felt for some time. A long time dream to move to the area of 29 inches and above in 4K resolution, but do not see cards that are from stock in some years it stretches. So while you sit, do not twitch.

If you take, take a minimum of 27 inches of 2K, or 4K, Is so as to look at the format 21 at 9 instead of the usual 16 to 9, there are a number of significant advantages. Also pay attention to response time preferably no more than 2 MS, matrix type, refresh rate 120-140 Hz.

Yes, they say that on 21х9 x black bars does not happen when viewing full-hd movies. It's a good plus of course. But 21х9 I don't like too wide or something, not sure what I can get used to it.

DSR does not need a powerful vidyuhi with lots of memory? And I have only 2 gigabytes

Well, see for yourself. It's like the option was for consideration. You can safely take the usual 16 to 9, this format is certainly more classic and common.

I have a TV-monitor LG 42LM640T with a diagonal of 106 cm or 42 inches, with a resolution of 1920x1080, 400 Hz, a great thing. Previously, it seemed that a very large, now on the contrary that small one more. He thought that too much accustomed very quickly, and Narada. Working on it is fine as played. I watched from the monitors, but they all seem like petty nonsense, and if I would take on that kind, although I want more, but I think much much more.
On the topic, I would recommend to take more, looks spectacular, all clearly visible, well on a big screen, I'm here to work, and VERY comfortable. Well, in games, big picture, atmospheric, that is. Everything else depends on the resolution the higher the resolution the more powerful video card is required, but nothing prevents it to reduce. So for 1920x1080 it is enough for the gtx 1070 with the stock.
But then looking at what fps count (sorry, if too clever, and know all this). By the way the difference between 30 and 50 frames visible to the eye, the picture is more smooth and pleasant with fps from 50, it's one of the reasons my personal not to look aside higher resolution. So for example to 1070 in the game the Witcher 3, depending on resolution fps:

In General, I decided with the selection. Take 27 inch 120Hz monitor with a resolution of at least 2k. Thank you all.

Best long table to sit next to and far-sighted glasses to see everything. With sharpness 2 instead of the usual unit - it is normal. The smaller the picture the more reliable the information from the eyes and less work and assumptions for the brain.
