I have the same the problem was in the castle Dranglika near the Elevator.
Solution: when you go in the room with petrified soldiers on the right there is a door go into it and there are two enemies, lure them to Golomu and kill them near it, and voila - their souls are absorbed into the statue and the Elevator fell.
