2 problems (Heroes & Generals)

There are 2 different problems with the game (One for the steam version, the other in the brauzerke)

1. In the steam version says that the game is already running, it is not in running processes, when I try to exit steam it does not release writes that the game is open, I can play any other game from steam.... Don't know what to do and how to close it if in the process it is not.

2. In the browser version when I start any battle I have propodaet without a trace screen with the image of the fight itself.
