How to restore \"regional\" machines? (Need for Speed: Underground 2)

It was so, downloaded fix in order to avoid endless loading (frieze). And how would this fix from the American region, (sort of).. Lost Civic, Mazda Mita or 6. How to get them back??

Mazda gap should not, it is in both versions of the game. American fix only removes the Opel and Peugeot 106.
You can try to find a Repack, which is sewn both fix cars. Or try to open them in any garage or save editor'om.
