Elven tower of Tor Gvalch\'ca (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Greetings, Andvice came across the tower with the add-on name. The door is closed. It is given a side-quest, or there is any fall in the story? If not the plot location, tell me where to take the quest :)

There's nothing can put a mod on the free camera and fly there. Just an empty room 2x2 meters xD

Thanks for the reply, but first I play on Xbox, so no cheats, and there can not be, and secondly, I thought that there is a ladder up to the portal, so as to look at the tower is roomy.

She just looks so spacious, in reality, there are as I wrote above. Well, except that the ceiling is high xD
A portal is only there in the cutscene for the script xD
