Optimize Mafia 2 for the blind (Mafia 2)

Mafia 2, like other games, is a video game. And use the resources of RAM and CPU for graphics performance.

Is it possible to make anything other than minimum graphics settings in the game to minimize the cost of resources?
Given the situation, I would have considered the possibility of complete cut graphics from the game, but I understand that it's impossible without sources.
