Can't take the job (SnowRunner)

took a job in Leb and 2 bridge POMOGITE!! you can't pass, see resources and click submit no che to do??(training missed of the tasks has been finished off version). Already all was brought in, with different trailers and etc., just starts best.
even took it for fun (heard a lot of bugs) and start with 1 bridge same nonsense.the campaign is due to the fact that I brought everything and then took quest , but it is not a fact.one this was how to treat?
