Maybe because pirates were kastrirovat?
or if STEAM,then prestavi it English,go to the counter,and then again put Russian,then should appear.

and here at the language? lol :) go to options>multiplayer>advanced and in there the top option is where you probably put there 0 600 P. S. option is the limit of the TRANSPARENT PICTURE or MULTIPLAYER DECAL LIMIT.
