Constant freezes (Assassin's Creed: Origins)

On the Internet I can not find a solution.At any point in the game can be loaded.For example: I'm going to Siwa after came out of the tomb, half way the game stops loading,and after the texture progruzhat and everything is back to normal,but after a few seconds exactly the same frieze and all through the game.

There can be 3 reasons.
1) Weak CPU
2) Slow hdd
3) Insufficient amount of RAM.

What do You want from yubisoft? They have in all games,the problem with optimization. I have the game on the ultra goes,then abruptly from 60 fps drops to 10 for 5-10 seconds and then again 60.
