Crash when loading the game after editing Fallout4Custom.ini (Fallout 4)

Good time of day.
After a long break decided to play a game with a new graphics card,and ran into a problem(before that I played the version before the first DLC).
Tried to install mods via the Nexus Mod Manager,in the user edited the file Fallout4Custom,and after that the game crashes,but not immediately,and already when you load the save or when you start a new game.If you remove all that added to the ini file,the game runs fine but mods are not working.
File added what was written in the instructions for the mod Manager

In General if who faced such problem or just found a solution,asking for your help in launching the game with mods.
