The problem with the gamepad (FIFA 15)

I bought a gamepad defender game master g2(last broke in anger).
In the game,having the ball,my player starts to play tricks with the ball,(the controller has no sticks)in the menu continuously scrolls through the additional information,although such buttons I have.This problem on the Internet is not found,offer any options,thanks in advance.
