Spent IPL (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

Decided to conduct experiments on IPL-s and noticed that I left only one unit on the map, but the MapEditor in the same IPL-e found more than 40 new objects...

Question: What kind of objects out of thin air? And how to do so, that they were written in IPL-e?

The fact that the map is not stock, I portiou in MTA, but the Converter just does not see these objects and because of this the map often there are holes...
