hacking game (Endless Space)

In the file sharedassets17.assets, using Notepad++, edit the line number of ability points of any race (for example, Affinity Name=AffinityTerran).
The maximum value is 99. To change the number of points for the ability it turns out there is a bug.
Via Artmane is not out to edit the values. Anyone have it?
